Vitamin D deficiency - cause for concern?

Salmon is one of the highest natural sources of Vitamin D and consumption of the fish is a good way of increasing Vitamin D uptake without the need for sunshine. This is especially important for the elderly or those whose lifestyles mean they spend little time outdoors.
New Zealand King Salmon from Marlborough has more Omega-3s than any other salmon, according to recent testing by Massey University*.
