81-year-old missing from St Heliers

Police are asking for assistance to locate 81 year old Colin Martin, missing from his St Heliers rest home for over 24 hours.

He is thought to be driving a gold 1995 BMW, registration number BPM724.

Mr Martin is described as Caucasian, 5'8' in height and frail. He was last seen wearing a yellow check shirt, a dark grey cable-knit jersey and beige trousers. He suffers from emphysema and sometimes appears short of breath.

Although there are no specific medical concerns, his absence is uncharacteristic.
Anyone knowing Colin Martin's whereabouts or who has seen his vehicle is asked to ring the Northern Communications Centre on (09)571 2800.
