Stock Truck Rolled

A stock truck has rolled on State Highway Two at Otamarakau between Whakatane and Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty.

The driver sustained minor injuries and six cattle beasts have been put down.

State Highway Two is closed and diversions suitable for light trucks and motor vehicles are in place.

Local radios are broadcasting the exact detours.

Detours are expected to be in place for the next couple of hours.
