Police have reviewed the evidence collected over the course of the operation that terminated on 15 October and it has today been referred to the Solicitor-General for consideration whether consent will be given to charges under the Terrorism Suppression Act.

The Deputy Commissioner (Operations), Rob Pope, said Police will await the Solicitor-General's decision and no further comment will be made at this time.
