Fatal house fire in Manurewa, South Auckland

At 7am this morning, a house fire was reported in Manurewa, South Auckland.

Further investigation revealed that an elderly male was inside the house.

Police and Fire attended and a 77 year old male was found deceased in the building.

A fire safety officer and Detectives from the Counties Manakau Police are investigating.
