Fatal Crash Near Otorohonga

At about 0745hrs a vehicle left State Highway 3 on the western outskirts of Otorohanga and crashed.

The sole occupant of the vehicle was fatally injured. The driver was a male.

State Highway 3 has been closed to traffic and diversions are in place on Huiutea Drive and Karaka Road.

Emergency services are at the scene and the Police Serious Crash unit is investigating the crash.
