Name of deceased Mangonui man released

Police have released the name of the man who was found dead at a Mangonui address earlier this week.

He was 55-year-old Gary Maxwell Leadley of Mangonui. Police are not seeking anyone else in relation to the man's death and the matter has been referred to the Coroner.

Investigations into the clan lab that was discovered at the Mangonui address are continuing. Police describe the lab, used to manufacture methamphetamine, as significant and expect the Auckland Clan Lab team to complete the scene examination today.
