Missing 70 year old male

Police are seeking the whereabouts of Mr Tapenga LUKA, a 70 year old male from Haverstock Rd in Sandringham.

He went missing whilst out walking at about 8pm last night.  He was wearing a brown jumper, long black trousers and jandals.  Its also believed that he had a blue hat on.

Mr Tapenga Luka is of Tuvaluan descent and suffers from bad hearing.
