The New Zealand JAZZ apple season has officially opened, with tasty JAZZ apples hitting the shelves in supermarkets around the country.
JAZZ apples lay claim to being the crunchiest apples in the world, and are rapidly gaining in popularity in New Zealand and overseas.
To celebrate the 2012 JAZZ apple season, ENZA have teamed up with a number of leading chefs and artisan food producers to create a range of delicious products and delectable recipes.
These will be released over the coming weeks at www.jazzapple.co.nz/jazz-kitchen. Watch out for recipes from Jonny Schwass (Gorilla), Hayden McMillan (Tribeca) and Kyle Street (Depot), as well as Bees Blessing, Freedom Farms, Te Mata Figs, Piako Yogurt and Kingsmeade Cheeses.
