Police still actively seeking Brian Conroy

Police are still looking for 43 year old Brian Conroy, who had a warrant issued for his arrest late last month.
Officer in charge of the Kapiti Mana CIB Detective Senior Sergeant Mike Oxnam says the Lower Hutt District Court issued a warrant for Conroy's arrest on 27 April, for breaching extended supervision.
"A further warrant was then issued again on Friday 4 May. Brian Conroy is a high risk convicted sex offender and Police would like to locate him as soon as possible."
He is of thin build, around 184 centimetres tall and has been residing in the Porirua area. Prior to that he was living in the Stokes Valley area.
"Brian Conroy is aware Police and Probation Service are looking for him and is actively avoiding us. We urge anyone who sees Brian Conroy to contact 111 as soon as possible or phone Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
