The Stratford District Council again wishes to recognise citizens who have made, or who are making, an outstanding contribution to the general well-being of the Stratford District. Those selected, from nominations, either by organisations or individuals (not immediate family members), will be presented with an award
certificate.
The criteria for nomination is: People, who reside in the Stratford District and have by personal leadership, inspiration, and devotion to a cause, made a significant contribution to the well-being of the District and its citizens.
Nomination forms for the 2012 Citizens Awards are available from the Council Office, Public Library, Information Centre or on Council’s website www.stratford.govt.nz.
Nominations close with the Community Development Officer, Stratford District Council, PO Box 320, Stratford
at 4.30 pm on Friday 15 June 2012.
