Flooding and Slips

Police have received reports of flooding on some roads in and around the township of Ohura in the Ruapehu District.

A slip has closed part of Waitaanga Rd and flooding has closed parts of Ohura Road.

Please ask drivers to drive with care while travelling, use dipped headlights and watch following distances
