Fees and Charges Reminder

With the beginning of the financial year at 1 July residents are reminded there have been some changes to Fees and Charges. 

Corporate Services Director Morkel Swart says, “There have been increases across some Council services and we would like to remind residents to be aware of this when using services such as the TSB Pool.”

Points of interest to note are:

• there is an increase of 50 cents for single swim users at the TSB Pool;

• concession passes for children, students and senior citizens remain unchanged at the TSB Pool;

• there has been more than a 30% increase to most cemetery related fees; and

• for longer hire periods at the War Memorial Centre hireage fees have decreased.

 

The Fees and Charges are reviewed annually and were adopted, along with the Long Term Plan, in June.  A full list of the 2012/2013 Stratford District Council Fees and Charges can be viewed on Council’s website
