Serious vehicle crash

Police ,Fire and Ambulance are at the scene of a seriouc injury vehicle crash on State Highway 77 Glentunnel, near the Wairiri stream bridge.

A single vehicle has left the road and collided with a tree.

One occupant in the vehicle has received serious injuries.

The road is closed with detours on place. Motorists are warned to take care in the area and follow the detour signs.
