Southern Stars give it a shake at NI Masters

After winning the Gold medal at the Dunedin NZ Masters games in 2006,
the Southern Stars team decided to go and defend their title against the
best that the North Island had to offer at the 2007 version at Wanganui.
After a draw and a loss in their first two games the stars went on twin two
and draw one of their last three games to qualify for a chance to make
the medal games.
Unfortunately in the play-offs for that they lost and played off
for 5th & 6th place.
Another fantastic result for womens football in Southland.
