Is it a tea, is it a juice, is it a health tonic?
It’s Ti Tonics super tea.

There are hundreds of herbal teas, energy drinks and fruits juices on the market, but each has its drawbacks: high sugar, low nutritional value, average taste, not particularly thirst-quenching.

Trust some Kiwi innovators to come up with the solution. Ti Tonics super teas are an advanced blend of premium white tea, grape seed extract and subtle fruit flavours. They’re super-low in sugar and super-rich in polyphenols, nature’s most powerful antioxidants.

All of which means Ti Tonics are definitely not your ordinary kind of drink.

“Our mission is to deliver better-tasting, better looking and better-for-you beverages,” says Ti Tonics founder Dr Tracey King.

An internationally successful tennis player and academic with a PhD in Health Psychology, Tracey’s experiences inspired her to create an industry-leading health drink range. She teamed up with two plant scientists and dynamic beverage entrepreneur James Ehau, to research and launch Ti Tonics into New Zealand – and, soon, the world.

Every stylish bottle of Ti Tonics contains a perfectly balanced, modern fusion of:

White tea. Studies have shown premium white tea has three times as many polyphenols than greentea. White tea is regarded the next big thing in beverages, and Ti Tonics are at the forefront of the trend.

Grape seed. The antioxidant effect of the polyphenols in grape seed extract is 20 times more powerful than Vitamin E, and 50 times greater than Vitamin C. Ti Tonics only use the finest grapes sourced from sustainably managed New Zealand vineyards.

Natural fruit flavours: pomegranate, blueberry, nectarine, passion and mango.

There are absolutely no artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives. The sugar content is less than 3g per serving (that’s half a teaspoon of sugar per bottle, compared with 5-7 teaspoons in every bottle of Lipton and Teza).

Each Ti Tonics drink has an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbing Capacity)
value of between 3000 and 5000, supplying the same antioxidant power as three servings of blueberries or ten servings of raspberries.

“Ti Tonics are wonderfully refreshing and at the cutting edge of nutrition science,” explains Tracey. “They’re a delicious, easy, low sugar way to incorporate essential nutrients into your daily diet, support a healthy immune function and reboot your system from the inside out.”

The Ti Tonics range is available from Countdown supermarkets nationwide, selected New Worlds and all Nosh Gourmet Food Stores.
