Police concerned for mother and daughter - missing

Police have grave concerns for the welfare of Jonelle Karla CHURCHMAN who was last seen leaving Hillmorton Hospital yesterday afternoon around 4pm.

Some hours later, Jonelle's daughter Olivia CHURCHMAN, aged 8, went missing from an address in Hornby and Police believe she is now in the company of her mother Jonelle.

Jonelle is mentally unwell and family and Police fear for the safety of both Jonelle and Olivia.

Jonelle may be heading towards Dunedin with Olivia where other family members live. She drives a 1995 silver coloured Toyota Carib, registration number BSS595.

Jonelle is aged 35 years, of a solid build, about 5'3' in height with shoulder length mousey brown coloured hair which she normally wears tied back.

Olivia is about 140cm in height of solid build with mousey shoulder length hair.

She has blue eyes.

Olivia was wearing a pink short sleeve top with sequins around the middle, grey sweat pants with a bit of blue and a satin type strip down the leg and black shoes.
