Fatal car crash

t about 2.20pm on 30/9/12 Police have attended a crash in Coldstream Rd, Rangiora involving a single car which has hit a tree.

A male aged 49 years has died at the scene.

There were no other occupants of the vehicle.

It appears that no other vehicles were involved and the crash may have been as a result of a medical condition.

The matter has been referred to the coroner.
