Major US Content Distributor, Starz Digital Media, to Supply Anchor Bay Films, STARZ Original Series, and Manga Entertainment Releases for Pay-Per-View Viewing on Quickflix Online Service in Australia/NZ.
New deal with major US content provider to boost Quickflix's recently expanded Pay-Per-View offering.
Quickflix has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Starz Digital Media, the digital and on-demand licensing arm of Starz Media, LLC, to provide programming for its online pay-per-view service. Content licensed in the deal includes new releases from Anchor Bay Films , episodes of STARZ Original series including the global hit franchise ‘‘Spartacus’’, and anime content from Manga Entertainment. The Starz Digital Media deal is a further addition to Quickflix’s recently expanded range of latest release movies and television series for its online service known as ‘‘Pay Per Play’’.
The movie, TV and video content will begin to be made available on Quickflix streaming from the end of September in both Australia and New Zealand.
