North Shore - fatal car v pedestrian update

A 75 year old female pedestrian  is deceased after a car crash in Glenfield Rd., Totara Vale, on the North Shore.

This occurred at about 1.20pm today. Emergency services are at the scene.

Glenfield Rd around the crash scene is closed from James St (southern end) to the Wairau Rd intersection.

The incident is being investigated by the Police Serious Crash Unit.

No further details are available until next-of-kin have been notified
