Truck crashes carrying chemicals

At about 4.32am on 21/11/07 a B Train truck has rolled on St Highway One near Waikouaiti, Dunedin.

No-one was injured but the truck is believed to be carrying chemicals. Initial reports advise that there has been no spillage.

Power lines are also believed to be down. 

Police and Fire are on scene.

The road is open but restricted to one lane.
