Missing Male suffering from Dementia

An 83 year old male suffering from dementia is missing in New Plymouth.
He has been missing since about 5pm today.
The male is described as Caucasian wearing a brown long sleeve shirt grey pants and grey shoes slim build balding with grey hair
He is likely to be confused and needing assistance
He is missing from the Octavius St area in New Plymouth.
Police have growing concerns for his safety.
