Driver of car dead after collision with truck

At about 6.50 am on the 22/11/07 a Truck and a car collided on the Maronan Valetta Rd and Timaru Track Rd intersection, approximately 17 km west of Ashburton.

The driver of the car was killed. Next of Kin are yet to be notified. Further updates will be provided by the Ashburton Police.
