Pastry Chef Bryan Bae

Chef Bryan Bae will be representing NZ in the 8 hour Global Pastry Chef event at this year's NZChefs National Salon. If he wins he will go on to represent the Pacific Region at next year's WACS World Chef Congress in Greece.
