Low cost Jetstar v.s fully included Air NZ: Why they shouldn't be compared but are

Jetstar is a low cost carrier with a focus on providing all day, everyday, low fares. 

Air New Zealand isn't, so Michael Riley reckons, they shouldn't be compared, but says its because of Air NZ's poor performance that they are.
