The end result is today's release of the 2009 Envoy Sauvignon Blanc, a wine that has been selected from 10 rows of Bordeaux based clones, that have been hand picked, whole bunch pressed and slowly fermented in French oak barrels.
This wine is sure to take Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc to new heights.
