Castlepoint — The Wellington based Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called this afternoon the 11 July 09 at approx 3:35pm to a 12yr old male from Pahiatua who had fallen off a board being towed behind a vehicle at low speed on Castlepoint Beach On arrival of the Helicopter the Wellington Free Paramedic quickly assessed the paitent and spoke with the off duty ambulance officer on scene.
