Hamilton, New Zealand – 28 June 2013 - Precious Metals Chartwell, Alexandra Street & Te Awa The Base stores all made the cut to go through to the second round of Pandora’s annual Australasian mystery shopping competition.

Precious Metals Managing Director, Fiona Platje, is thrilled with the results and acknowledges it is due to the hard work, attention to detail and enthusiasm of each store’s team to ensure every customer receives the best possible service.

Only Pandora “concept” and “store-in-store” retailers are eligible to enter the annual mystery shopping competition.  Concept stores are 100% dedicated Pandora stores (of which there are none in the Waikato and only eight in New Zealand in total).  Shop-in-Shop retailers must have a percentage of their total available floor space dedicated to Pandora and this space must meet all of Pandora’s specifications.  There are only three shop-in-shop retailers in Hamilton – all of which are Precious Metals stores.

Pandora has 98 stores throughout Australasia that are eligible to enter the annual mystery shopping competition and three of those are Precious Metals stores in Hamilton.

In order to qualify for round two each retailer had to score a minimum of 80 across a range of various criteria.  Twenty six Australasia-wide – including the three Precious Metals Hamilton Stores – will be under the mystery shopping microscope in round two scheduled for September.
