NEW PRO BONO EMPLOYMENT LAW SERVICE LAUNCHED

Leading employment relations firm, Employment Law Experts Limited is proud to announce the launch of its pro bono employment law programme.

Spokesperson, Kristina Andersen, says, “We are strongly committed to access to justice and one of the ways that we can practice what we preach is through our pro bono programme.”

Details of the programme:

• It is available to both employers and employees.
• It means that people who would otherwise not have the ability to obtain justice will now be able to do so.
• Cases accepted on a pro bono basis are at no cost, or at a substantially reduced cost.
• Cases at all levels will be considered, including: informal negotiations, mediation, Employment Relations Authority cases, and appeals to the Employment Court.
