Auckland terror march calls for commissioner's resignation

Hundreds turned out this afternoon at Auckland's Aotea Square, making calls for the Police Commissioner to resign.

The protesters demonstrated against police anti-terrorist raids last month and have called for changes to the newly changed terror laws

The protest was aggressive and police took a mass of abuse when the protest reached the Auckland Central police station.

Several members of the media and public were shoved, pushed and spat at by protesters, however police remained calm.

All of the arrested in the police terror raids are due in court this week.
