Submissions re-opened on the Domestic Violence - Victims' Protection Bill

Have your say on further changes to protect domestic violence victims in the workplace The bill proposes changes to workplace laws, to better protect victims of domestic violence.

The Justice and Electoral Committee has decided to re-open submissions on the Domestic Violence-Victims’ Protection Bill for two weeks, to allow the public to comment on Jan Logie’s Supplementary Order Paper (SOP). The SOP proposes additional amendments to the Bill and I have attached a copy of it for your information. Submissions close at midnight on Friday 19 May 2017.

The Committee will begin hearing oral submissions at their meeting on Thursday 25 May 2017.
