Female Arrested in Central District, 4:45pm

Levin CIB are investigating a domestic incident that occurred in Te Horo on 16th December 2008.

Police were notified when a 49 year old male sought medical attention for a single stab wound. He was later admitted to Wellington Hospital and is in a stable condition.

As a result of the incident, Kapiti Police arrested a 44 year old female, who appeared before Levin District Court today, charged with Wounding with intent to cause GBH.

No further people are sought in relation to this incident.
