WELLINGTON

Police are investigating an incident which happened inside the male public toilets in Frank Kitts Park, Jervois Quay, Wellington between 4pm and 4.30pm on Friday 3rd of April 2009.
Police would like to identify the following male in relation to this incident. People may recognize the description of the male or the distinctive jacket he was wearing.
Descried as:
* Male
* European
* 40 to 50 years old
* approx 5ft 9inches tall
* medium build
* short blonde or brown hair
* clean shaven
* earring in left ear

Wearing:
* white new balance shoes
* black track pants
* white shirt

* a baggy black colored jacket with a panel on the rear which has white and red colored Maori patterns on it. The jacket also has the word 'AOTEOROA' across the bottom of the back of the jacket in capital letters.
Police want to speak to anyone who recognizes the description of this male and anyone who has information that could assist the enquiry.
