Person shot in leg

Police are attending a report of a person with a gun shot to the leg in the Ngongotaha area, Rotorua District.

Police and ambulance are now at the address. Ambulance is tending to the victim and police have seized a firearm.

Witnesses at the address say the shooting was accidental.
