Further arrest in Moxham Ave incident

A 35 year old man has appeared in Court this morning charged in connection with an incident in Moxham Avenue, Hataitai on Monday afternoon.

Police were called to the address around 3:40pm on Monday 14 March where two men required medical attention.

The 35 year old faces charges of aggravated burglary, wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and theft. A 19 year old arrested on Tuesday faces the same charges.
