SARGAM FOODS ARSON 2008 - Further Arrest:
Waitakere Police have made a third arrest in relation to a major fire at Sargam Foods Premises in Bruce McLaren Road, Henderson in November 2008.
A male appeared in the Waitakere District Court on 2 November 2011 charged with arson and fraud. He was granted interim name suppression and given bail to re-appear in December 2011.
Note: Police will make no further comment as this matter is now before the court.
