Kapiti Police arrest man in connection to email presented as evidence at Coroner's hearing

Kapiti Police have arrested and charged a 52 year old man in relation to an email presented as evidence at the inquest into the deaths of three men killed in a mid-air collision over Paraparaumu in 2008.

Officer in charge of the Kapiti CIB Detective Sergeant Ian Martin says the man faces three charges including forgery, attempting to pervert the course of justice and using a forged document.

He will appear in the Porirua District Court tomorrow morning.
