As forewarned - high winds are causing roofs to lift in the Bluff and Invercargill as high winds hit the area at 0600hrs.
Persons in areas of high winds are warned to watch for flying objects and motorists warned to likewise take care of flying objects and obstructions on the roadways. Motorists with high sided vehicles are cautioned to drive with care.
