The Bluff Community Board is reminding residents that applications for the Community Board Bursary are due in January.

Community Board Chair Jan Mitchell said the $2000 bursary was offered for full time students studying in New Zealand.

Candidates must either be enrolled for a full-time course of study, or be in the process of applying for admission to a university or other agreed establishment within New Zealand.

And they must have been residents of the Bluff Ward for four or more years.

Application forms can be obtained from the Bluff Service Centre Manager, and applications close on Monday 16 January, 2012.
