Court today for man on several sex and drugs charges

An Auckland City Police Child Exploitation Team four month long investigation has resulted in the arrest this morning of a 56 year-old Eden Terrace man who will appear in the Auckland District Court today on several drug and sex offence charges, including sexual violation and indecent assault.

A 17 year-old woman, currently overseas, will have conspiracy charges laid against her in Court today. Police will seek to have her voluntarily return to New Zealand to face the charges.

Police say further arrests are possible and they would like to hear from any members of the public who have information about activity occurring at Artizanz Apartments over recent months.
