Mayoral Citation presented to Alexis Time

The Mayor of Lower Hutt, Ray Wallace, presented a Mayoral Citation to MSD employee Alexis Time from the national Programme Centre for his efforts in helping a Lower Hutt City pedestrian who had been pinned to ground by a motor vehicle.
Alexis helped lift the motor vehicle assisted by two other men in what the Mayor described as a "truly amazing effort."
