Queenstown — At 1909hrs a member of the public reported two kayaker's in trouble near Pigeon Island on Lake Wakatipu. Police and Ambulance co-ordinated a response. The two spent about thirty minutes in the water but were pulled from the water and treated by ambulance and transported to the Queenstown Medical Centre. Unknown details of parties as ambulance dealt with the people.
