Hamilton Airport declares solid financial result

Hamilton — Hamilton Airport has outperformed its 2012 financial and operational expectations, announcing a 240 percent increase on last year’s net profit after tax, a 25 percent increase in EBITDA and debt reduction of $400,000 during the year.

Super Air grows fleet to meet demand

Hamilton — Aerial fertiliser spreading company Super Air has increased its spreading capacity by 20,000 tonnes a year, adding a further aircraft to its fleet, to meet a significant growth in demand from the sheep and beef sector.

Court confirms Wings and Wheels funds held on trust

Waikato — A judge in the Auckland High Court confirmed yesterday that the money paid for tickets to the postponed airshow Wings and Wheels over Waikato was being held on trust by the airshow’s organisers and that the money should be used to pay refunds to entitled ticket holders.
